Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and cool slightly.
  2. Pour warm syrup over Baklava
