
Vicki’s Miso Soup
Ingredients
- Miso
- Wakame (seaweed)
- Tofu
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Soak seaweed in water until soft (2 to 3 hours). Wash in water and squeeze out water.
- Cut tofu into small cubes.
- Boil water. Dissolve about 1 cup to 1 1/2 cups miso into water. Add broth, seaweed & tofu. Boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
