Instructions

1. Whipping eggs white in a big bowl until stiff
2. Add 3 cups sugar and cream of tartar to egg whites.
3. In separate bowl, beat egg yolks and add powdered sugar and vanilla
4. Combine mixture and freeze immediately so mixture does not separate. Freeze at least overnight.
5. When ready to serve, add 1/2 shot each of rum and brandy, 1 scoop batter and boiling water.
6. Stir and top with nutmeg.
