
Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix
- 1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (thawed & squeezed dry)
- 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts (drained & sliced)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl blend Lipton soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice.
- Stir in spinach and water chestnuts.
- Chill.
