Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (thawed & squeezed dry)
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts (drained & sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl blend Lipton soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice.
  2. Stir in spinach and water chestnuts.
  3. Chill.
