
Shrimp Remoulade, Version 2
Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 teaspoons (?) or german style mustard
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons snipped parsley
- Lettuce leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Combine vinegar, mustard, horseradish, paprika, salt & pepper. Slowly add oil, beating with an electric mixer.
- Stir in green onions & parsley. Stir in shrimp. Cover & refrigerate 4-24 hours. Spoon shrimp atop lettuce on serving platter.
