Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • maple flavor (1/2 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Boil together until it spins a long thread. Pour over 2 egg whites stiffly beaten. Beat. Add maple flavor. Beat until it holds its shape well. Pour into buttered dish.
