Mocha Pecan Butterball Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1-3/4 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- Confectioner's sugar

Instructions
- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together until light.
- Add coffee, cocoa, flour and salt. Mix well. Add nuts.
- Shape into 1-inch balls and put on cookie sheet. One recipe makes about 45 cookies.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Cool. Roll in confectioner's sugar to coat.
