A Dottie Palazzo recipe.

Mile-High Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a double boiler, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Beat with rotary beater over boiling water until the mixture form stiff peaks.
