Ingredients

  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a double boiler, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Beat with rotary beater over boiling water until the mixture form stiff peaks.
