Super Moist Version from Father’s Day 2020:
2 1/2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 envelopes beef onion soup
1 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
14 oz. tomato sauce on top

Bake 350 degrees in muffin tins for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup & recipe mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Tomato Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In bowl, combine beef, soup mix, egg, bread crumbs and milk.
  2. In foil-lined baking pan, shape mixture into 8x5 inch loaf.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes. Or, 20 minutes at 400 degrees in muffin pan
  4. If desired, serve with tomato sauce.
