London Broil Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 ten-ounce cans beef consome
- 3 shallots or green onions, chopped
- 2 ounces butter
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of Tabasco
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard

Instructions
- Cook the consomme until reduced to 1 cup. Set aside.
- Meanwhile in a separate skillet, saute the shallots or green onions in the butter until wilted.
- Mix in the flour, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces, lemon juice and mustard.
- Mix in the reduced consomme and heat through.
- Serve immediately on London Broil, steak or other meats.
