Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 2/3 cup flour
- Raspberry or Apricot Jam
Instructions
- Work butter in bowl until creamy. Add sugar and beat until light.
- Add egg yolks. Beat.
- Add flour gradually.
- Shape level (?) of dough in balls. Press each ball with thumb drop a little jelly into each depression.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
