Robin’s spur-of-the-moment mini meatballs are quick and easy as can be, and great for Timpano, Italian Wedding Soup, or just for snacking. In fact, the biggest time-consumer of the entire process was just finding all the ingredients in the kitchen!

- 1 lb meatballs
Ingredients
- 1.1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic (jar)
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 3 Tbsp whole milk
- 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Mix together all ingredients with your hands in a large bowl
- Roll meat into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet (sprayed first with cooking spray or lightly oiled with canola oil)
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through
