Green Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 5 cups diced green apples *
- 1 cup halved seedless red grapes
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup currants
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
- lettuce leaves to line bowl
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and season to taste. Serve slightly chilled on a bed of lettuce.
- * To prevent apples from turning brown, place slices in a bowl of ice water mixed with lemon juice as you prepare them.
