Ingredients
- 2 lb. Stew Beef
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- McCormick Seasoning Pack - Beef Stew
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Burgundy wine (optional)
- 3 cups water
- 5 cups, cut up — Potatoes, carrots, celery, onions

Instructions
- 1. Coat beef in flour. Brown in oil. Drain.
- 2. Add seasoning, salt & water.
- 3. Cover & simmer for one hour.
- 4. Add vegetables.
- 5. Simmer 1 hour or until tender.
- (Optional: Use 2 cups water. Add 1 cup wine with vegetables)
