Tortilla Torte

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate (2 cups)
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 10 7-8 inch flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup powdered chocolate
  • Garnish: chocolate curls, fruit wedges

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in 2 cups sour cream. Remove from heat. Cool.
  3. Place tortilla on serving plate. Spread with 1/3 cup chocolate mixture. Top with last tortilla. Spread mixture of 1 cup sour cream and confectioner sugar on top. Cover and chill overnight.
