Spanish Rice with Beef
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 10 oz. packages frozen corn
- 1 cup water
- 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
Instructions
- Brown beef 5 minutes. Add corn, water, tomatoes, seasoning, and bring to boil.
- Stir in dry rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
