
Spaghetti Puttanesca

Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic (2 pressed, 1 chopped finely)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 dry red pepper
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes, or fresh tomatoes (no juice)
- Capers
- Oregano
- Fresh parsley
- 16 Black Olives
- Small can chopped anchovies
- Linguine
- Optional: tabasco sauce or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Brown two cloves of garlic in olive oil. Discard garlic then add chopped garlic clove and red pepper. Add chopped tomatoes. Add Tabasco or red pepper now.
- Add capers, oregano, parsley, olives. Cook slowly for 20 minutes. Add anchovies. Cook two or three more minutes and serve over linguine.
