Nutrition Info
Instructions
- Mix flour, beer and sugar together.
- We think at this point you are supposed to put it in a big bowl with a towel across the top to keep in the heat so it rises. Then knead it down; let it rise; knead it down and let it rise again. We THINK.
- For bread: put into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. While baking, after 20 minutes in oven, baste with butter.
- Refrigerate leftover dough. You can make pizza too but we don't know any details.
