Chicken Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 packages chopped frozen spinach
- 2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, and split into 8 pieces
- 1/2 stick butter - melted
- Flour, salt, pepper
- 1 small carton whipped cream
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 12 fresh mushrooms - halved
- Paprika
Instructions
- Defrost spinach and squeeze dry. Spread in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Season lightly. Pound chicken pieces to tenderize and flatten.
- Dredge chicken pieces in seasoned flour then dip in butter and place in one layer on top of spinach. Pour whipping cream over, add mushrooms, sprinkle parmesan cheese and paprika.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
