
Chestnut-Apple Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 4 cups chopped, pealed, cored apples
- 6 cups fresh white (?) celery
- 1 14 1/2 oz can chestnuts
- 1 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- In hot butter in large skillet, saute onion and celery until tender - about 5 minutes.
- In large bowl, with fork, lightly toss with remaining ingredients until well combined.
