- Round steak, sliced very thin, sometimes called flip steak or chip steak
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Italian cheese (Romano or Parmesan)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Parsley, grated
- Water
- 2 to 6 hardboiled eggs, depending on how many pieces of round steak
- Garlic, minced
- Cooking oil
