Ingredients
- 4-5 yams
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until soft. In making night before, store in fridge. Save a cup of potato water.
- Slice yams.
- In a saucepan, add water and 1 cup brown sugar and 4 tablespoons butter. Bring to boil, simmer for 20 minutes.
- Pour over yams in casserole dish.
- Bake until nice and hot.
