This was our first attempt at the Feast of Seven Fishes, based on the old Italian tradition, and recently re-told to Dottie in a New York Times magazine piece by Mario Batali.
We had three kinds of dips: cocktails sauce, tartar sauce and dill mayonnaise.
If we were to do it again, we would skip the crab cakes & substitute calamari or mussels. Well, there’s always next year!
